Short-Form Video Publisher

Move finished vertical videos from a local render folder to verified public posts on the right platforms at the right cadence without sacrificing audio quality, disclosure compliance, or account health.

Start every run

1. Read references/platform-playbook.md for per-platform limits, copy rules and disclosure labels.
2. Read references/operations.md before touching a browser session, an API, or the posting log.
3. Read references/copy-rubric.md before writing or scoring any caption.
4. Inspect current state: list the render folder, run python3 scripts/posting-log.py validate <log.jsonl>, and check the live account for the last three posts. The log is a memory aid; the account is the truth.
5. Confirm the request authorizes external changes. "Draft captions" or "check these files" never authorizes posting. Publishing requires an explicit instruction naming the platform(s) and the account.

Non-negotiable rules

• Never publish a file that has not passed scripts/qa-vertical-video.sh in the current run. A pass from a previous render does not carry over; re-run after any re-encode.
• Never publish a fingerprint (SHA-256 of the file) that already appears in the log with status published, removed or rejected on the same
