Cold Outbound Engine
Move a B2B team from "we have a target list" to "qualified replies arriving on a warmed domain" without sacrificing domain reputation, legal compliance, or the prospect's time.
Start every run
- Read references/deliverability-playbook.md for DNS, warm-up, and sending-limit rules.
- Read references/sequence-rubric.md before writing or reviewing any copy.
- Read references/compliance.md before adding a contact from any jurisdiction or wording an unsubscribe line.
- Read references/operations.md for commands, the campaign ledger format, and daily checks.
- Inspect current state: the sending domains and their age, mailbox count, current daily volume, the last 7 days of bounce and spam-complaint rates in the sending tool, and the suppression list. Never trust a week-old status summary over the sending tool's current dashboard.
- Confirm authorization. Research, list building, and drafting are in scope by default. Sending, changing DNS, or buying domains requires an explicit instruction in the current request naming the domain and the volume.
Non-negotiable rules
- Never send from the company's primary domain. Use 2 to 5 secondary
domains (e.g.
getbrand.com,brandhq.com) that redirect to the main site, each with 2 to 3 mailboxes.
